Where can I purchase the cabinets?
If you are a qualifying dealer, contractor, cabinet store or builder, you can click on our “Become Dealer” form on our website.
I already submitted the sign-up form, what’s next?
Our account manager will review your information and email you within 24 hours, if account is approved, you will get a dealer discount rate for any purchase from us, then you can start to order online.
Can I get a color sample?
We provide free samples to our eligible dealers, please order it online as a regular item, please note these are sent on “as available” basis.
How do I assemble my cabinets?
We provide professional assembly service for customers for an additional fee. If you want to assemble by yourself, please see the link for our
assembly guide.
How do I get my cabinets?
We provide LTL freight, local delivery for Dallas area and warehouse pick-up. Please note this will be conditional under COVID guidelines.
How soon can I get my cabinets?
The timeframe needed will be dependent on RTA/Assembled request. We need a minimum of 48 hours to prepare your order if flat packed and 5-7 business days for assembled product. The actual arrival date will depend on the shipping method.
When can I get my backorder?
Your Account Manager will contact you once our stock is replenished, approximately 2-3 weeks.
How can I get replacement?
Please submit the case with your order number on the website in the “Contact us” section and your Account Manager will contact you within 24 hours after review.
What kind of products do you have?
We provide five different frame style cabinets and one frameless style cabinet. We can provide custom style cabinets for your next project order with about 3-month lead time.
